Your Payment Page is an extension of your brand. SMEPay allows you to customize the look and feel of your hosted pages to build trust with your customers.

Branding Assets

You can customize the visual elements of your page:

  • Logo: Upload your business logo to build trust and establish brand identity.
  • Cover Banner: Upload a visual banner that represents your event, product, fundraiser, or service.

Rich Descriptions

Use the built-in rich text editor to add detailed descriptions to your Payment Page.

  • Add images and videos to showcase your product or service.
  • Format text with bold, italics, and bullet points to make the terms clear.
  • Include links to your refund policy or terms of service.

Custom Checkout Form

Custom Checkout Form Builder

You have full control over what information you collect from your customer before they hit the pay button. Using the Configure payments & checkout fields section:

  1. Fixed Amount (₹): You can set a strict amount they must pay, or leave it blank to let them choose (like a donation).
  2. Add Input Fields: Add as many custom fields as you need. You can set the input type for each field:
    • Single Line Text (e.g., Full Name)
    • Email
    • Phone
    • Number (e.g., Quantity)

Popular fields include:

  • Student ID
  • Company Name
  • Team Size
  • Delivery Address
  • Registration Number
  • Social Media Handle
  • Dietary Preference

Terms & Conditions

To protect your business, you can add custom Terms & Conditions directly to the checkout flow.

  • Click + Add Point to list short conditions or guidelines.
  • Customers will be required to acknowledge these before completing their payment.

Post-Payment Success Message

You can customize what happens after a successful payment:

  • Custom Thank You Page URL (Optional): Redirect customers to your own website, a hidden file download link, or a private WhatsApp group by pasting the URL here. Leave it empty to use the default SMEPay success screen.
