Settlement Payouts
The Settlement dashboard is where you track exactly when the money you've collected hits your actual bank account.

Because SMEPay utilizes a **UPI-First** checkout experience, settlements are incredibly fast compared to traditional card gateways.

**Note:** SMEPay does not charge a percentage commission on UPI transactions. Instead, a fixed operational fee is deducted from your SMEPay Wallet balance **only after a successful transaction**, depending on your subscription plan.

Tracking Your Money
The dashboard provides a clear overview of your funds across four statuses:
- Total Amount: The gross amount of money processed through your SMEPay account.
- Successful: The amount of money that has successfully landed in your registered bank account.
- Pending: Funds from recent transactions that are currently being processed and will be deposited soon.
- Failed: Any payouts that failed to deposit (usually due to an incorrect bank account number or IFSC code in your profile).
Settlement History
Below the summary cards, you will find a detailed history of every settlement batch. Once you start processing transactions, this table will populate with individual payout records, showing the exact date, time, and transaction reference numbers for your accounting purposes.
Settlement Terms & Conditions
Please note the following standard terms regarding payouts:
- A minimum threshold of ₹1000 is required to process settlements from our side.
- Settlements are not processed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on bank holidays.
- Settlements are processed on a T+1 cycle (next working day).
- In case of service discontinuation, the final settlement will be processed after 30 days.
